- Mix 1 serving (1 teaspoon or 5g) into water or a botanical source of vitamin c, e.g. citrus juice or lemon water, once daily, preferably on rising.
- This product contains a moisture-absorbing packet – do not consume.
Potential side effects: MSM may cause insomnia if taken before bed. Therefore follow the recommendation and use first thing in the morning. The sulphur in MSM is not similar to the sulfonamide found in sulfa-containing drugs and, as such, people who are allergic to sulfa-containing drugs may use MSM safely.
Caution: If you are pregnant, breast-feeding or taking blood-thinning medication, please consult your physician before use. May cause insomnia if taken before bed.
