Shipping and Delivery

South African returns:

• Because this is a food product, we cannot accept any returns if the seal has been tampered with. The seal on the pouches refers to the heat seal at the top of the pouch. On the tubs, it refers to the plastic sleeve surrounding the tub.
• Returns and full refund will be considered if:
• reported within 7 days of the goods being received
• the product seal has not been tampered with
• the product has not been soiled or damaged
• the product is still in the original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item prior to replacement or refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us immediately and we will arrange to uplift the goods, free of charge.

Should you wish to return goods for any other reason, you may do so at your own risk and expense. Please notify us in writing of your return within 7 days by emailing us on info@phytopro.co.za & returning to the following address:

• Please note we will not collect from a Post Office or Postnet. Delivery via courier to our door only.
• In the case of returns we shall refund the amount via EFT to your nominated bank account. Please kindly submit this info when returning in order for us to complete the refund.
• In addition, any discounts on products purchased will also be taken into account when calculating the final refund amount.

International returns:

• no returns for international orders.
