MUSCLE BCAA 2:1:1 contains branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), a trio of essential amino acids named Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, in a 2:1:1 ratio. In combination, they have been shown to increase energy production and extend endurance during workouts, as well as support muscle recovery post-workout.
