Sweet Potato, Asparagus and Mint Soup

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 500g chopped sweet potato steamed for 10-15 mins and strained
  • 100g asparagus steamed for 5 mins
  • 2 T tahini
  • 1½ t Himalayan salt
  • 500ml hot water
  • 10g fresh mint

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
