Ingredients
- 1 C quinoa
- 2 ½ C water
- ¼ t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T maple syrup
Method
Add the quinoa to the water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes then stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve with slices of fresh fruit. Serves 2.
