Simple Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 C quinoa
  • 2 ½ C water
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T maple syrup

Method

Add the quinoa to the water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes then stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve with slices of fresh fruit. Serves 2.
