Ingredients
- 4 T chia seeds
- 1 C frozen blueberries
- ½ C almonds / walnuts
- 2 C water
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 banana / ½ papaya
- juice of ½ a lemon
Method
Soak the chia in the water in the blender for 10 minutes. Add the other ingredients and blend on slow to medium speed for 60 seconds. For a warm porridge, use warm water. Serves 2.
