Purple Porridge Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 T chia seeds
  • 1 C frozen blueberries
  • ½ C almonds / walnuts
  • 2 C water
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 1 banana / ½ papaya
  • juice of ½ a lemon

Method

Soak the chia in the water in the blender for 10 minutes. Add the other ingredients and blend on slow to medium speed for 60 seconds. For a warm porridge, use warm water. Serves 2.
