Ingredients
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T Phyto Pro Thrive Strawberry
- 1 T sunflower seeds
- 1 T pumpkin seeds
- 1T peanut butter
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 T maple syrup
- ¼ t Himalayan salt
- 50ml luke-warm water
- 200ml almond milk
Method
Put the chia seeds in a breakfast bowl and add the water. Stir with a spoon or fork for 30 seconds until a ‘chia gel’ is formed. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Serves 1.
