Protein Porridge


  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T Phyto Pro Thrive Strawberry
  • 1 T sunflower seeds
  • 1 T pumpkin seeds
  • 1T peanut butter
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • ¼ t Himalayan salt
  • 50ml luke-warm water
  • 200ml almond milk


Put the chia seeds in a breakfast bowl and add the water. Stir with a spoon or fork for 30 seconds until a ‘chia gel’ is formed.  Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.  Serves 1.
