Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 T Phyto Pro Thrive Unflavoured
- 1 T chia seeds
- 2 T almond or macadamia butter
- 10 almonds
- 10ml maple syrup
- pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt
- ½ t cinnamon – optional
- 300ml water
