Protein Nutter

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 T Phyto Pro Thrive Unflavoured
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 2 T almond or macadamia butter
  • 10 almonds
  • 10ml maple syrup
  • pinch of Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • ½ t cinnamon – optional
  • 300ml water

Method

Blend all ingredients together for a quick meal on the run. Serves 1.
