Creamy, aromatic, delicious – our iced vegan eggnog is the perfect party drink to get the festive season started!

- 400 ml can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Plant Food Raw Cashew Nuts
- 1/4 cup water (65 ml)
- 3 tbsp Plant Food Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Ice cubes
- Soak the cashews overnight (or for at least 1 hour).
- Place all the ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve your iced vegan eggnog straight or on the rocks!
