Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 2 C cashew nuts
• 1 C hot water
• 3 T organic cocoa
• 1/2 C coconut oil
• 1/2 C agave
• 1/2 t vanilla powder
• pinch of salt

Method

Blend all ingredients together on a low speed until smooth and creamy and refrigerate to set.
