  1. Blend the chickpeas, dates and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
  2. Then add the peanut butter, cocoa, coconut flour, chia seeds and date syrup.
  3. Pulse lightly only until just combined.
  4. Scoop out a tablespoon sized amount and roll into balls. Coat with extra cocoa or chia seeds.

Storage Suggestions:

  • Keep your brownie bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • May be frozen for up to 3 months.
