Breakfast so beautiful! Foods tastes so much better when it looks good and even more so when it takes seconds to put together!
- chia seeds
- tea (we used Vanilla Rooibos)
- maple syrup
- coconut yoghurt
- chocolate protein granola
Soak the seeds overnight in an infusion of tea.
To the chia seed mix add:
- Maple syrup to taste
- A layer of thick and creamy coconut yoghurt
- Followed by a layer of home-made fig jam (made only with figs and dates, no sugar!)
- Top off with delicious and nutritious chocolate protein granola made with Phyto Pro Thrive Chocolate
