Chia Seed Breakfast


Breakfast so beautiful! Foods tastes so much better when it looks good and even more so when it takes seconds to put together!


  • chia seeds
  • tea (we used Vanilla Rooibos)
  • maple syrup
  • coconut yoghurt
  • chocolate protein granola


Soak the seeds overnight in an infusion of tea.

To the chia seed mix add:

  1. Maple syrup to taste
  2. A layer of thick and creamy coconut yoghurt
  3. Followed by a layer of home-made fig jam (made only with figs and dates, no sugar!)
  4. Top off with delicious and nutritious chocolate protein granola made with Phyto Pro Thrive Chocolate
