Simple Porridge

Ingredients 1 C quinoa 2 ½ C water ¼ t salt 1 t cinnamon 1 T chia seeds 1 T maple syrup Method Add the quinoa to the water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes then stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve with slices of fresh fruit. Serves 2.

Quick Muesli

Ingredients Serves 1 1 small apple, grated 1 T raisins 2 T flaked almonds 3 T gluten-free oats 6 strawberries, quartered Almond milk Method Mix all the ingredients together, add Almond milk and serve. If you want a sweeter taste try adding more dried fruit or some maple syrup.
