Creatine is an organic compound found naturally in the body, where it is one of the drivers of the ATP/energy production cycle. It is either sourced from your diet or made in your liver and kidneys. Once in the body it is stored in the muscle tissue as either creatine or phosphocreatine.

How To Use

How To Use

Take 1 serving (5g), mixed with water or fruit juice, after training or 1-2 times per day.

You may choose to initially follow a loading regime, e.g. 1 serving (5g) 4 times per day for 5 days followed by 1 serving per day thereafter.

This product contains a moisture-absorbing packet – do not consume.

Potential side effects: Reported side effects may include some water retention with associated weight gain and GI distress, although the latter is uncommon and mostly in people who use too much.
