Take 1 serving (5g), mixed with water or fruit juice, after training or 1-2 times per day.
You may choose to initially follow a loading regime, e.g. 1 serving (5g) 4 times per day for 5 days followed by 1 serving per day thereafter.
This product contains a moisture-absorbing packet – do not consume.
Potential side effects: Reported side effects may include some water retention with associated weight gain and GI distress, although the latter is uncommon and mostly in people who use too much.
