Eggnog is not very common here in South Africa, but this iced creamy beverage is just something else! And the best part is that the vegan version tastes better than the original one and is healthier for you too!

- 400 ml can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Plant Food Raw Cashew Nuts
- 1/4 cup water (65 ml)
- 3 tbsp Plant Food Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Ice cubes
- Soak the cashews overnight (or for at least 1 hour).
- Place all the ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve your iced vegan eggnog straight!
